The Right Stuff

On June 27th, New Kids on the Block had a concert in Houston. BoyzIIMen and 98 degrees opened for them. I remember hearing about this concert and sending out emails to some friends and my sister that we should go. Time went on and I forgot about it. Day of, Kimmy (a friend's younger sister) posted on behalf of her friend that he had some tickets he needed to sell. I was excited to go and got busy texting/calling/Facebook chatting away to get Kim, Marisa, and my sister to go with me. Somehow, it all worked out and we had a blast!! Lots of fire, fireworks, confetti, screaming, singing, hand waving in the air, and hip thrusting that night. Poor Ryan who was nice enough to drop us off and pick us up said there was too much estrogen in the car since we were going on and on about the concert.

We went over to Ryan's grandparent's house for Independence Day. Maw-Maw's neighborhood had a firework show, and she cooked lots of BBQ! Hope everyone had a great 4th of July!

Yesterday, we babysat our goddaughter, Taylor, and today we're prepping for a baby shower for the Smullens. More photos to come!
